As Vice President I have the great pleasure in announcing the launch on the Royal West book completed by Past Vice President and Club Archivist Tom Mckay.
The book charts for the first time a comprehensive history starting at the very beginnings of our club right through to present day.
It’s a fascinating and factual read having drawn on our own records and other sources which has spanned a 150 years. You will be able to see the great social and cultural changes our members have been part of over the years. Also stories about the characters and background to people who have made great contributions to the sporting success or even survival of the club, You may even feature in the book yourself.
This is a history of a very unique club, which not only has survived but continues to thrive and move forward.
All of the proceeds of book sales, at £9.99, go directly to club funds
