We may not have walked 500 miles but clubs from as far afield as Fairlie, Irvine, Troon, Anstruther, Pittenweem & Port Seton joined us at Cumbrae in competing in the Cumbrae CRC Regatta this year. Again, another regatta on the West Coast blessed with beautiful weather and relatively calm conditions.
Structural works were completed yesterday. The stairs are now ready for use ahead of being painted.

The birthday of the Sessions was marked on the 25th July with a cake and, at the end of the night, by a rendition of the club “anthem”, The Mingulay Boat Song. Barbara was asked to blow out the candle on her last night looking after the Boat Club Session.

The Scottish Canoe Association’s annual Paddle show is growing this year, and being transformed into Scotland’s Festival of Paddlesport.
