The AGM was incredibly well attended last night, with 54 members signing in. That is over 18% of the current membership attending. The average for the previous 6 years was 25 attendees.
The Convenors’ reports were warmly received, as was the health financial report.
A mandate was handed to the Short Duration Working Group by the AGM to continue looking at sources of funding and potential development of the facilities. The Office Bearers were re-elected and previously co-opted Committee positions confirmed.
The evening concluded with a heartfelt thanks from our most senior Past Vice President Jimmy Crawford to the current Vice President Heather Scott and her Committee, for all their work and commitment to the Club in the past year. This was affirmed on mass by the meeting.
