As many of you will know Paul Edgar has stepped down from the position of Kayak Convenor a few weeks ago in order to spend more time focusing on coaching people who wanted to try their hand at kayaking. This meant there was a vacancy in committee for the position of Kayak Convenor. Alex Paterson, our VP, asked Willie Bell to join the Management Committee to represent the kayaking interests of the club. I am please to say that Willie agreed without the need to resort to threats or bribery.
