Saturday the 15th of October saw a mass gathering of junior kayakers, parents, club members and coaches at the Club. A brief review of club watersports based activity in the last week shows a busy and active club. Monday – 15 juniors paddling, 16 senior paddling Tuesday – senior paddlers out training Wednesday – 9 dinghies out racing, 6 juniors rowing, ladies & men’s crews rowing Thursday – Slip extension
Monday 18th April was publicised as the first full evening of the 2011 kayak season and what a start. Five new junior paddlers took to the water with eleven juniors returning from last year, they were joined by fifteen adults and coaches making the total turnout on the evening 31
