The Committee approved the purchase of a Mobile Phone for the Royal West. One reason for this is to allow people wanting to get information about the Club to use text and WhatsApp messaging. People wanting to contact the Royal West can also leave a Voice Message. The current land line with it’s voice mail isn’t very convenient to check on a regular basis.
In the future, it is the intention to use this phone to send out text messages to provide rapid updates when required and to keep the membership informed.
The phone will be kept by the (Hon) Secretary.
The phone has been purchased and number for the phone is 07920 381372
The holder of the phone may not be able to answer the phone at all times so either leave a message, send a text message or send a WhatsApp message. The Secretary will try to respond within 24 hours.
