DESCRIPTION:An email was sent to all members on 11th February with details and explanation about this meeting.  The beginning text of this email is shown below \nStandard Operating Procedures for kayaking \nOver the past few months there has been a sub-group to look at the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that we must abide by from Paddle Scotland. We intend to have a meeting on Thursday\, 26 February at the 7:30 pm at the Club. The meeting will be to review and to give you the opportunity to comment and make suggestions that you might think are beneficial to the documents. \nOn the night we intend to have small sub-groups to look at the individual parts of the documents\, this will stop numerous individual opinions having to be considered\, If there are any recommendations or observations that the sub-group would like to be included or see deleted these can put it forward on the night.
