The Club is hoping to hold a craft fayre this year. We have now been running craft fayres at the Club for several years. Past events have been well attended and supported by Club members and the public.
This event is a wonderful way to bring our community together. It gives a showcase to the skills and talents of members and local artists. It also raises money for a local charity and club funds.
Many hands make light work, we are looking for help with
– Making crafts to sell
– Setting up on the day
– Manning the stalls on the day
– Offers of home baking
Putting on a successful craft fayre takes a lot of preparation. Right now we do not have enough people to make it happen, which means the event cannot go ahead, unless more members and friends of the Club step up to share their crafting skills.
Many of us putting crafts into the fayre meet at the Club to work together and have some nice chat. It would be wonderful if you are able to commit to join us on a Wednesday evening from 7:30pm onwards. However if you can’t come on Wedensdays, all help is gratefully received.

No previous experience required, all help gratefully accepted, no skill set level needed.
