Hogmanay Hoolie – SEATING

Just a quick update on the event.

As you will have realised the tickets sold out very quickly. Any that have been returned so far have now been taken up, in order, by those on the Waiting List.

The seating plan for the evening has been worked up and will be on display when you come into the clubhouse on Hogmanay. There will also be name cards on the tables to avoid confusion. As we could not get everyone into the Bar that had requested to be seated in there, we thought it best to publish lists of who is in the Bar & who is in the Hall ahead of the evening. Below are the lists based on the principal Member’s name in each group. You will know how many tickets you have bought.

Few wee reminders
• Club opens at 8pm
• Last orders is at 1:30 am
• Club closes at 2am
• Band will start at 9pm approx.
• Curfew of getting in/back in is 1am.
• Please help us out by hanging coats in the Member’s Lounge & Ladies Powder Room
• Help the Bar staff out by returning glasses.
• Help tidy up snack rubbish

For any ‘first timers’ you are encouraged to bring and share snacks. (The smellier the cheese the better)
