The Lord Lieutenant of Renfrewshire, Colonel Peter T McCarthy, is the Queen’s local representative.
A Letter of Condolence has been sent to him to to express the Club’s sorrow at the Queen’s passing.
The Club will be making a donation to the RNLI to acknowledge the Club’s support for this organisation where the Queen was a patron. Members who wish can donate. Money will be collected for this purpose at the Bar until Tuesday 27 September.
