RWSABC member Jim Cathcart, a newly retired TV Broadcast Field Engineer, and the RWSABC Committee invite you to a brand-new video presentation on the recent ITV Coverage of the State Funeral for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth 2nd. The title of his talk is Twelve Days in September ’22.
Jim’s talk details the preparation and work required during the forty plus years leading up to and the actual twelve days in September 2022 of ITV’s Coverage of the Death, Lying in State and the State Funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth 2nd on September 19th 2022. Jim shares unique insights from being part of the team that delivered the ITV coverage of this solemn time.
The fifty-minute (+ Q&A) video presentation will be presented by Jim in the RWSABC Clubhouse, on Saturday, 22 April at 7:00pm.
His talk will be followed by a Quiz Night. The Quiz is expected to start at 8:15pm.
Tickets cost £5 per person and are available from the RWSABC Bar. All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to RNLI. After the Quiz Night there will be a raffle to raise further funds for RNLI. Donations for the Raffle will be gratefully accepted.
