The poster below provides information on an upcoming training course.
The purpose of the course is to provide instruction on watching for whales, dolphins and porpoises. The reason for collecting this data to protect these animals.
No previous experience or equipment is required.
Training will take place either in person or online. In person training is classroom based on Friday, 7 October from 6:30 to 8:30pm and shore based from the Esplanade on Saturday 8 October from 11am to 1pm. The online session takes place on Thursday 6 October from 11am to 1pm.
There is a limit of 20 on the course.
