A brief review of club watersports based activity in the last week shows a busy and active club. Monday – 15 juniors paddling, 16 senior paddling Tuesday – senior paddlers out training Wednesday – 9 dinghies out racing, 6 juniors rowing, ladies & men’s crews rowing Thursday – Slip extension
Monday 18th April was publicised as the first full evening of the 2011 kayak season and what a start. Five new junior paddlers took to the water with eleven juniors returning from last year, they were joined by fifteen adults and coaches making the total turnout on the evening 31

On Friday 29 April 2011, at 7 pm for 7.30 pm, RWSABC will be holding an Alternative Scottish Wedding Reception to celebrate the Royal Wedding of HRH Prince William and Kate Middleton. Tickets costing £12 are available behind the bar and a menu is on display at the club. Please

Please be aware that the Watersports Centre at Strathclyde Park near Glasgow was broken into on Monday 7th March and almost the entire contents of the Scottish Rowing Trophy Cabinet was stolen. Some of these trophies date back to the 1870’s and are irreplaceable. Here is a document [PDF] containing
