At the end of a busy month which included the Hogmanay Party, fundraisering events for local groups, private functions and a Boat Club Session. we have just finished another busy weekend. Friday was a busy Private Function hosted by Paddy Rodden, An Evening of Burns, attended by approx 70 people.

Girvan Coastal Rowing Club members are planning a rowing session from Maidens Harbour on Sunday 24th November 2013. They will be there from about 12.30pm. Carrick Club rowers will also be there with Carrick Lass. The weather promises sunny intervals and 6’C with wind speeds forecast at 6-7 mph. If
Weather permitting there will be a gathering of some of the Argyll skiffs at Otter Ferry this Sunday (17 November 2013). Otter Ferry, as the road signs notably declare, has no ferry so the skiffs from Mid-Argyll, Kilmelford and Seil will be rowing across Loch Fyne to the muster point.
